Jon Low is passionate photographer, and a bigger geek deep down. It wasn’t until digital cameras were available in the market that Jon actually held a camera. The trusty Kodak LS420 was a birthday present from a caring group of friends.

It all started as a casual hobby. Graduating from a tiny camera which made fun photographs, to spending 1 1/2 month of his work bonus to purchase his first digital SLR. The Canon EOS 300D. It was then priced at RM 3999  (USD$999).

What once thought of as a hobby propel Jon to start up Ideal Wedding Studios, and eventually rebranded to Jon Low Studios to reflect the style of photography Jon known of.

Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Jon begun shooting wedding professionally since 2007.

Jon believes that on a wedding day, family and friends gather to celebrate a joyous occasion. And on a wedding day, friends and family dressed up and look cool. And on a wedding day, it is simply a great excuse to pose in front of a camera to create those amazing pictures  and tastefully crafted into a wedding album which the heart lust for many years to come.

Jon’s body of work includes Engagement Portraits, Wedding Portraits Photography,  and Wedding Day photography.

Jon is a member of WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographer International), and have since score numerous accolades and 2nd placing in Bride/Groom Alone category.
