Here is a wedding I shot on the 9th December 2007. Here are some my favorite from the collection that I’ve delivered to them.

The preparation. A combination of color to emphasis on the brush stroke during Bee Ling’s make up.

Nothing beats the feeling of finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Hrm, how about being at the tunnel itself. :)

That’s right folks. I’ve been spending all my time putting through the last few 2007 weddings that I’ve covered during the super month December.

In result, I’ve periodically looked at my emails with potential client enquiring about idealwedding’s packages. I’ve taken steps in answering those emails. I attend to them periodically. Some might have gotten my reply almost instantly, and some might have waited for almost a week. I’ve compiled them into my email queue and process them at one time. So, for those who haven’t gotten a reply, my apology as i am trying to keep up the back log.

Also, I owe everyone a belated Happy Chinese New Year. Gong Xi Fa Cai. May the year of the rat brings out the mischievous side of us so we look at situation differently and able to meet what our heart desire with a different and hopefully better perspective. Good health, good luck and be merry.

For those who are traveling around, I wish you all a pleasant and a safe journey. By this time of the celebration, you would probably be planning your trip back. :) I wish you guys well as well.

The next few days will see me updating the blog with the latest photographs that I’ve delivered to my clients.

Be good for the rest of the holiday and have a good one.

GXFC from Jon to everyone.

I’ve never met Robin & Lily before. We’ve planned the wedding all through MSN and emails. I thank both Robin and Lily to have so much faith and confident in our work to deliver one of their most memorable day of their lives. Thank you for having both me and Devin over to be part of your wedding day.

Skudai was the place. Just slightly shy off 4 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur. This explains why we weren’t able to meet up to discuss in details about the wedding plans. The day went by quite quickly. It was a very tiring ordeal, but it was also very very fun. I particularly enjoy the challenge to shoot Robin & Lily at their High School where they met.

After said and done, we packed our bags and head back to KL after the wedding reception. Safe and neatly tuck to sleep only to wake up late afternoon on Monday.

Tired? Yes.

Sored legs and hands? A little….

Satisfied? Very….

More of these? Definately!
:) .

Congrats you both!

Cool Wedding Slideshow

How many times we have come across cheesy wedding slideshow which doesn’t do justice to those beautiful photos taken?

I am the type where I keep my slideshow simple. Fade in, fade out. Done deal! The very least they do not look those cheesy 1990s fly in web animation. Heck, they do not do justice to photos that you have paid so much effort on.

Where sometimes, less is more…. I came across animoto. Yes, less is more. Less work, great visual effect slideshow.

I spent a couple of minutes going through their service. Signed up (psttt. it’s free), upload a few photos and before I know it, I have one of my portfolio done with really nice visual effect.

Check this out:

What’s the deal? You put your photos, a song, mesh it up a lil, and a brand new photo music video.

They recently launched their full length downloads. A local copy can be downloaded to the computer for our pleasure viewing. Better, we can convert it so it play back on a DVD player. Saying so, the quality is still by far nothing near DVD quality. I reckon when I watch it on TV, it wouldn’t suck though.

This is not a paid advertisement. Just wanted to share with you guys, what we all can do with the beautiful photos taken. Each full length video cost USD $3, it isn’t pricey.
