Sarah and Teng Leng’s Portraits in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur
After the morning ceremonies, we did something simple but meaningful for Sarah and Teng Leng’s wedding portraits. We took a vintage car and parked it right in front of the KLCC Twin Towers. That spot, right in the middle of the city, gave us the perfect balance of elegance and nostalgia. A place that’s iconic and simply beautiful for photographs.
It wasn’t about big setups or overplanning. Just two people who looked amazing together, standing in the city where we all belong. With the skyline behind, the portraits felt timeless. Honest. Easy.
If you’re planning your wedding in Kuala Lumpur and wondering how portraits can feel like your own, this is one way to do it. KL has so many layers. You can have tradition, modern architecture, quiet corners and buzzing streets all in the same frame. Sometimes all you need is a car with character and a little space to breathe.
We didn’t rush. We took time. We laughed. And in between those moments, I got some of my favorite frames from the day.
Weddings in KL don’t always have to feel big. They can feel like you. That’s what we tried to hold onto here.
